New to AI at work? Begin with one 15-minute guide on made-up data, so nothing real is at risk. Then pick your next job. Every guide ends with a check you do before anything goes out.

45 guides, updated

Day 1

How every guide works

Three steps. You hold the last one.

Step 1

Pick a task

Choose one job that eats your week. Each guide is one specific job, like summarizing a long email thread.

Step 2

Copy the prompt

Paste it into the AI chat you already use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot) and fill in the [blanks].

Step 3

Check it

Read the draft against the original. Check names, numbers, dates, promises and tone. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Before you paste anything

Three rules that keep mistakes in the draft.

  1. Try it on made-up data first. Every guide has a made-up example you can paste instead of your real email, invoice or notes.
  2. Don't paste what you can't take back. No card or bank numbers, passwords, health or legal details, or anything your customers didn't agree to share.
  3. You check before anything goes out. AI can sound sure and still be wrong. Check names, numbers, dates, promises and tone every time.

Start with the free starter: three short emails over your first week. First the 15-minute Start here guide, then the three jobs we'd hand to AI first, then one question about what eats your week. The first two come with a practice task and the check you do before anything goes out. After that, one new guide every Tuesday: one task, the prompt to paste and the check to do. At most one ad, always labeled.

  1. Day 1Your first 15 minutes with a free AI assistant
  2. Day 3Summarize a long email thread into decisions, open questions and next steps
Draft routine email replies in your own voice, without promises you didn't approve
Write payment reminder emails in three tones (friendly, firm, final)
  3. Day 6What eats your week? Reply in one line, plus how the weekly guide works
