The newsletter

The HourSaved newsletter is free. You join by entering your email address and confirming it from the email we send you. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. Each issue carries at most one advertisement, and it is always labeled.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you have a concern, please email us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, any dispute arising from or relating to your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, content, or any information presented on these third-party websites, or for how third-party tools handle what you enter into them. You assume all risks for using these third-party websites or resources and any transactions between you and these third-party websites are strictly between you and the third party. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of these third-party websites or resources.

Use of our paid and free products

On this website, we provide free guides and a free newsletter, and we may in the future sell digital products or advertising (collectively, "products"). Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and us for this website. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, discussions, negotiations, or proposals we may have had with you whether electronic, oral, or written.
